Returns

When you return your items to us, please ensure you enclose your name and address and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel and send it back to:

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund will be issued within 14 days if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

 

Cancellations

If you realised you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us at cancellations@gramaldy.com. All Gramaldy jewels are custom-made but if we despatch it more quickly than we presumed, it may not be possible to stop your order, so, in those instances, please follow the instructions for ‘Returning an item’.
